My focus is to help others achieve optimal health and well-being, and I initially learned Reiki to provide support during my father's cancer treatment.
I am an Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master with training in ICRT Animal Reiki I/II.
In addition, I am a Duke Integrative Medicine-trained Health & Well-Being Coach and received my undergraduate degree at Cornell University.
